A new project for a new school here in São Paulo, in a favela in the Jabaquara neighborhood. We will be able to serve an average of 30 students in hairdressing, manicure, and waxing courses, lasting 3 months.

We are in the final stages of preparation and very motivated by the support and negotiations.

EBN – School of Beauty and Business aims to transform lives through education and beauty.

Our course offers professional training in 3 months, with the goal of integrating and creating opportunities for people in situations of social vulnerability in the beauty market.

The training is geared towards the position of hairdressing assistant, and students already have a guaranteed job after completing the course.

During the training period, participants receive:

• 🎓 Meal allowance

• 👕 Complete uniform

• 🚍 Transportation

• ✂️ All necessary materials for practical and theoretical classes

Classes take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays, in a welcoming environment entirely focused on human and professional development.

EBN will start its first class in January 2026, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a completely free social class that will provide the course, including support materials, meals, and transportation.

Classes will have a capacity of 13 students and will last for 3 months.

About Instituto Menin – Education for Life

Instituto Menin – Education for Life is a social institution dedicated to the human, cultural, and professional development of the community.
The organization provides free vocational training programs to expand job opportunities and empower local residents.

This program was created to offer high-quality beauty professional training to individuals who do not have the financial means to invest in paid courses. All classes, materials, tools, and pedagogical support are provided completely free of charge.


International Certification

At the end of the 3-month training period, students will receive an official certificate issued by Intercoiffure Interbotê Brasil, an internationally recognized organization in the beauty industry.

      •     Total duration: 3 months (12 weeks)
      •     Beauty / Hairdressing Course: 144 hours
      •     Eyebrow Design Course: 48 hours
      •     Manicure & Pedicure Course: 48 hours
      •     All materials provided free of charge
      •     International certification

Actually for 15-20 students with classes of 5 months
